At the rear, the car is characterized by a tail lamp with an inverted L motif. Tivoli features 16-inch diamond cut finish alloy wheels. The rugged look of the car is justified further by a sculpted rear bumper and a rear fog lamp that is centrally-mounted. Thick-sized C pillars add to the boldness of the car.

The interior of the Mahindra’s SsangYong Tivoli is quite spacious even though it has been stuffed with an array of pleasant features. The Smart Steer system featured by this SUV gives as many as three driving modes - Normal, Comfort and Sport. The upholstery is also available in three color options - black, beige and red. Standard safety features include front and rear parking sensors, seat belts paired with dual pre-tensioners, a smart key entry and locking system, seven airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system, dual-zone air-conditioning feature and Electronic Stability Program or ESP. A seven-inch infotainment system spotted at the central console flaunts its smart features like a reverse camera, smartphone compatibility and also WMA, MP3, WAV, APE and FLAC connectivity.

At the Delhi Auto Expo, Mahindra had showcased the SsangYong Tivoli compact SUV in the year 2016. It also made news every time this compact SUV has been spotted during its test rounds on the Indian roads. The information provided about its engine option, its launch, its estimated price etc., is tentative and nothing surely can be said in this regard yet. Actual specifications may vary at the time of the official unveiling of the automobile in the second half of the next year. It is also being said that this compact SUV will not hit the Indian auto market in its diesel or petrol avatar but as an electric vehicle.
